I have an outstanding loan of £11000 with Loylds Bank, repayments are £300 a month, is there any help to reduce this or write some off with out effecting my eligibility to renew my mortgage?

Any missed payments will be marked on your credit files, but contact them to see what sort of repayment plan they can offer.
You will probably need to remain on your current mortgage for a while until you've resolved the arrears and got stable again.0 -

Mortgages aren't renewed. They run for the full term over which the money was borrowed. In terms of mortgage product you should renew online with your lender and choose from the products available to you. .0
