I've just found a PrePaid Mastercard called Crewcard
http://www.crewcard.co.uk/information/costs.asp
Seems they have a Monthly "service" fee of just 50p and UK transactions are free, As are topups at Bank Branches. (Usual 3% fee for topups at Payzone outlets)

I was about to post about that one too - 2 cards for £10 (the intent is that you send one to someone else, and then pay 2.5% to send them money instantly).0 -
Now I could be wrong on this - but I think I asked about this ages ago.
I think a B/R can be an additional credit card holder.
Because it's the principal card holder who is liable for all the debt.
And I don't think that the additional card holder is credit checked.
However, if you are a b/r and an additional credit card holder you probably should limit your spending to £500 - so that you stay within the rules
(i.e. you must not exceed £500 without stating that you are b/r - although if the principal card knows you are B/R they may agree to let you spend more).
It may well be a "grey" area.0 -
