Can anybody get in touch with Expedia?
Been trying for three days sometimes being on hold for up to three hours before getting cut off. Airline will only deal with Travel Agent but nobody can get hold of the agent.
What can we do. We are supposed to travel on Tuesday to Indonesia and obviously want to delay flying or receive usable vouchers. Flights were non refundable when purchased but Emirates are allowing flights to be changed and are offering travel vouchers. Not much use if you cannot contact the agent.

Have you tried telling the airline about the problem with Expedia? Twitter is the usual suggestion for forcing a compay to respond.
Since both Indonesia and the UAE are not allowing visitors from the UK, there is no possibility of you being allowed on a 'plane next Tuesday.

This is the time when booking with a human being comes into its own. I am sorry to say I have always found Expedia's call centre in India beyond useless but if you book with a worldwide on line agency that expects relatively few calls and then have a million people calling at the same time, it is going to be a nightmare. There is twitter as suggested or holding, and holding or calling very early in the morning, like 0600 which is already lunchtime in India1
