Confused & disappointed by Rosolite mortgages Covid -19 response need some help!

Ok so i'm confused my mortgage was transferred to Rosolite mortgages a trading name of Topaz last year from Bradford and Bingley and so given the announcement by the government i was hoping to get the 3 month holiday to just help given my current situation or at least find out if i can get it. When i rang them they told me it was not possible because they are a mortgage servicer not a lender so the holiday announcement does not apply to them? Now i'm confused because there paperwork says they are mortgage lenders but they insist they are a servicer what do i do?

What's happened in the past 3 days to immediately impact your situation?
They are not a lender and have no capacity to underwrite mortgage business.
  • My mortgage is also with Rosolite Mortgages, I was on hold to them for over two hours waiting for the phone to answer that was today. Its best to write a to them and send recorded delivery. Keep copies of everything. Its awful the amount of complaints I have seen for this companies as no one answers the phone. Communication is awful.

As is the case with every lender. High levels of demand. While call centres aren't for very obvious reasons fully functional. With many companies having operatives based at home. Be patient. These are trying times for everyone.

Communication will be awful for most companies currently, normal high street lenders are suffering the same. They are experiencing an unprecedented amount of call volume combined with workers either off sick or working from home.
