Just wondering if its possible to freeze broccoli and how I would do it. Bought some from Tesco and its looking like I won't use it before we get to the end of its fridge life. Don't want to waste it.Baby Year 1: Oh dear...on the move

i think with broccoli it needs blanching first. so cut into florets and put in boiling water for about 2 mins , drain and put in ice cold water. then dry as best as you can in a tea towel and i would open freeze on a tray. once frozen put in freezer bag and its ready to grab a handful when needed. xOne day I will live in a cabin in the woods0
