The sale is most likely complete in legal terms. You haven't noticed any change as Tesco will have continued to service customer accounts. Halifax will be allowing the mortgage book to naturally run off. As they'll be many borrowers are currently locked into fixed term products.0

I have been thinking the same. If it's complete why haven't we heard anything as promised by Halifax/Tesco?
With the recent disruption, I was hoping I could contact for a mortgage holiday or at least ask, but I'm concerned because of the move they may not be able to help.0 -
"We announced in September that our existing mortgages were transferring to Halifax, and we’re planning to complete this process on Monday, 30 March 2020."
