Time at Current Address - Loans Eligibility Calculator
I got the keys to a new house at the end of January and I am on the electoral register as of this month. The loan eligibility calculator only gives options for 1 year minimum time at current address, therefore is it likely to give me an accurate estimation of loan eligibility? I am looking for a loan to do some home improvements.

Until you are on the ER forget it, once you are you would need to speak to a loan provider.1

I actually just did it through the app on my own bank account (First Direct) and I got the loan straight away.0
