Looking for cheap bin liners for SMALL bins

I used to use carrier bags from the super market instead of bin liners. They're a good size for my needs (if anything, they're slightly bigger than I need), but I've stopped buying them and I'm actually starting to run out. I've had a look on ebay but the small ones that I've found are surprisingly expensive (large ones would be cheaper but I would need to empty the bin before the large ones are 25% full). Bread bags are too small and hard to tie up. Anyone know where I could buy small bin liners (about the size of an A4 sheet of paper) for cheap? By cheap I mean about 10p each. I'm really not keen on spending a lot of money on bins or bin liners...
Where I live, we're not allowed to empty unbagged rubbish straight into the communal bins btw, and there's no compost that I have access to.

I know you've looked on eBay, but after a considerable search myself last year there are not many possibilities for very small bins, aside from Brabantia which are expensive.

One thing that seems to be inconsistent on ebay is the dimensions. Some specify the dimension in the format of 40x50 but it isn't clear how they measure them. I had thought they would be measured when laid out flat like a sheet of paper but if it's 50cm in height, that wouldn't be "small" (the seller called them small though). I guess they don't measure them like I would have done then.

I still have an Ikea ancient (but superbly convenient) bin inside the under sink cupboard. It was designed for taking carrier bags but since they are no longer free, I buy a roll of bags usually from Savers but I think I've seen them in the £ shop and elsewhere.

I buy them from Asda. They are 15 litres and roughly the size of a carrier bag. They are navy blue in colour and Asda own brand. States 15 litres on the label.

Wherever chinese takeaways buy their bags from would be the right size.  They'd do the job and cheaply.

I googled... the term is vest carrier bags, look on ebay.

10p a bag is not cheap - you'd be better off buying 5p bags from supermarkets.

I cannot find reasonably priced small black bin liners (it would take at least four weeks for me to fill a full-sized one) so have taken to cutting up standard ones widthways and knotting the top and bottoms to seal.

My bad, I had momentarily thought those were 15p. I have managed to avoid getting them since they introduced the charge.

If it's a very small bin, you might get away with nappy sacks. I use these in the small pedal bins in the loo, but they are very thin. Some nappy sacks are bigger than others, so worth checking the size.

For very small bins like those little pedal bins in toilets and bathrooms, the little pet poop bags just about work and they're very cheap.
