We have exchanged contracts and will be completing on Thursday.
All monies gone across to the solicitors.
Assume this is still a slim chance the mortgage lender could out due to Coronavirus stuff?

Personally I'd be more concerned with the health of all the other parties involved in the transaction. Banks will survive the crisis.1

As above I'd be more concerned about delays caused by people not being at work, given that many offices have sent their staff home, though there ought to be contingency plans in place.0 -
i dont really know, was worried they might pull funding due to corona virus fears or something0
