Broker made a mistake on application

Hi,
Long time lurker but just joined so I could post. I need advice about my mortgage application.
My broker submitted the AIP and this was passed no problem. Then full application submitted and I was told this had passed the credit check and was essentially approved subject to valuation. Only noticed when I saw the hard credit check come up that my DOB was keyed in wrong. I've let my broker know and they accepted it was a typo which, I understand sometimes these things can happen, we're all human. I understand this will be rectified and my case has now been passed to someone else to be dealt with.
What are the chances of this impacting my application? My credit check passed with the wrong DOB but it clearly linked it to my file otherwise I wouldn't have seen the hard search. Will they credit check me again now? My credit file is clean, no defaults, CCJs etc so it shouldn't decline but I'm disappointed that I've gone from being told "yes you've passed, they just need to look at the house now" to "this may impact the application".
Is this an easy fix/not an issue, or is this bad? Can anyone provide me with some reassurance?
Thanks!

I just checked the soft credit search for the AIP and it seems that used the wrong DOB also. Both searches are only showing up with one of the CRAs and not on the others. Am I right in thinking that, essentially, a full credit check hasn't been carried out at this stage?
My broker is saying that they've been told by the bank that it's a material change which now requires the underwriter to review and do a soft search, and it may take them up to 48 hours for them to do this. Is this normal? Is there any way of speeding this up at all, my anxiety is getting the better of me right now!0
