The scores that the credit reference agencies provide are of no real value as no lender actually uses them. If your bureau data is clean - all payments are on time, etc, then your best bet is to do this:
Go onto some of the big comparison websites and do a soft search for loans AND credit cards that have money transfers. This will not impact your file and you will immediately pick up some lenders that will either pre-approve you or give you a 9 or 10/10 likelihood.
Given the current environment, there's no point in applying to one at a time - some lenders might be tightening criteria or stopping lending altogether. So go and check the whole market and only go for the ones you have a high chance of getting.
Money transfer credit cards are a great option and can actually be cheaper than loans in many cases so you should really consider them alongside loans!0
