    Doubt it was for speeding.

Probably for the "unwise" over/under take of the other cycle and motorcycle recording.

Maybe for "wanton and furious driving" under the 1861 Offences Against The Person Act

I can't see them properly enforcing this to be honest, I won't be installing a speedometer on my bike!

You don't need to, the speed limit applies to motorised road users. Claims that the cyclist in the video was stopped for speeding or that anything was enforced are spurious.

Speed limits to not apply to pedal cyclists, except in the Royal Parks.  They only apply to motor vehicles.
Same as a police officer has no legal power to breathalyse a cyclist (or horse rider).  The prescribed limits of alcohol do not apply to them.
I consider myself to be a male feminist. Is that allowed?
