I've been renting for years and really want to buy now.
I am working for an agency (social work) and the pay is quite reasonable.
Deposit wise I'd be looking to put down £20k on a £100-120k mortgage.
Is there any possibility of getting a mortgage based on 3 or 6m payslips in a temp contract role?
Prior to this I was self-employed and have 4 years of accounts.

There will be a way deffo, I'm a permanent social worker but my agency mates have managed to get them. Think they needed larger deposits thoughAn answer isn't spam just because you don't like it......1
