Cleaning tiles?

Anyone know how to get rid of this? Tried bleach and mould/mildew remover but each time floor dries it’s back! 

Help please

    Yes, I do. 
    Been scrubbing it with a scourer to see if I can shift it.

    Try a descaler of some description.To see if it would work get osme cotton wool or a cotton pad, soak it in  white vinegar and leave it on a  piece of floor overniight. It might be limescale
