Morning people 
Can I ask about timescale  I was made bankrupt on the 17th Feb had phone call from examiner on the 21st Feb sent forms back a few days later haven't heard anything since is this normal? On letter from or it said didn't need another interview but might get a questionaire does anyone know  how long that can take to come through

Depends on your circumstances, if you have no assets and no surplus income you may hear very little going forward, if your affairs are complex you might get assigned a trustee.

I've got no assets only income is benefits during the phone call examiner said not going to go through  income  or expenses so will that mean I will get a questionnaire  later ?

No assets and only income is benefits, so there is nothing for the OR to claim. It's quite likely that unless your circumstances change you'll not hear anything more. You might get the questionnaire, but I wouldn't worry about it

So post has just turned up with letter from insolvency saying that they didn't recive my letter and have 14 days to reply or face court I posted the letter a week ago but didn't get proof of postage aarrgghh do I resend the letter or email Monday to see if they have it and there was a crossover of letters

Call them on Monday, they'll probably send it back out. I'd think at this stage court is an empty threat and just a standard letter to provoke action asap, they don't know if your intentionally not cooperating or an issue with post.
