Mortgage Crisis

Cut a long story short found a me and my partner loved. The seller accepted our offer and we went through the necessary steps. We got our mortgage offer and we’ve accepted it but now the seller has pulled out.
What’s our next step please? We’ve found another house but can we apply for a new mortgage so soon after this one ?
Any help is massively appreciated thank you

Assuming England & Wales, you move on and start again with a new property.

Your broker, if you used one, will just go through the changes and resubmit.  All quite normal and nothing to be worried about.  Although they will have to do a valuation and affordability checks again. Although if the figures are in the same ballpark then you should be ok.

You are not applying for a new mortgage. You are simply altering the security for your existing application.

Your Broker or Lender will guide you through.

You can probably just switch your offer to a new property, nothing to worry about.
