Asking brokers- which lenders use only connells for valuation?

Hi all,

please can any brokers advise which high street lenders only use connells to value properties.
we are purchasing a new build. Houses around us have been valued at asking price mainly by connells... how’s has been undervalued by 30k. Thanks in advance

I have contacted several banks and cannot seem to find this? I also contacted connells who wouldn’t advise as they work with so many lenders apparently?

It owns Connells.
Other lenders may "panel" work to Connells, but you won't be able to choose the surveyor.
