Sorry but does he actually endorse a company now after previous experience???! (Genuine question)I am a mortgage broker and IFA. You should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it. This signature is here as I follow MSE's Mortgage Adviser Code of Conduct. Look at forum Lifetime Mortgage where information with regard to this product can be viewed The future of all homeowners is at a crisis point as all must be aware ,wait and see wait and see0

Martin Lewis would NEVER endorse any equity release company so the Alarm bells should ring straight away.
He does however have an article about equity release and the dangers and costs but No he does Not endorse Equity release0 -
I wouldn't recommend it unless you have no other option available. I have seen people who have taken them out and ended up with virtually nothing when they come to sell. What do you need or want it for?*Dad loan - £5300 - £7000
*Virgin Credit Card - £3552.50 - £0
*Natwest - £1828.35 -£0.00
Barclaycard - £2315.25 - £0.00
Creation Finance - £960.32 £0
*Total debt - £7000/£11641.17*
Savings
*Sinking Fund - £800/£2500
*Emergency Fund - £1000/£1000

It says the domain name may be up for sale. I dont think the site is genuine as it just contains links to elsewhere.Provman said:Could someone confirm if the following company is endorsed by Martin?

Any strange website that is queried as a first post makes me rather suspicious - avoid.

It was a first post from March 2020 (when the site might have worked), resurrected by somebody else.Linton said:
