Martin Lewis would NEVER endorse any equity release company so the Alarm bells should ring straight away.

He does however have an article about equity release and the dangers and costs but No he does Not endorse Equity release

I wouldn't recommend it unless you have no other option available. I have seen people who have taken them out and ended up with virtually nothing when they come to sell.  What do you need or want it for?
    *Dad loan - £5300 - £7300
    *Virgin Credit Card - £3552.50 - £0
    *Natwest - £1828.35 -£400

    Barclaycard - £2315.25 - £0.00

    Creation Finance - £960.32 £860
    *Total debt - £8560/£11641.17*

    Savings
    *Savings Buffer - £1000/£1500
    *Emergency Fund - £1000/£1500

It says the domain name may be up for sale.  I dont think the site is genuine as it just contains links to elsewhere.

Any strange website that is queried as a first post makes me rather suspicious - avoid.

It was a first post from March 2020 (when the site might have worked), resurrected by somebody else.
