Do I suck it up and opt for BR if my creditor won't budge?

    1) I suggest you talk to business debt line https://www.businessdebtline.org/ as they’ll have more knowledge about self employed income

    2) it’s likely that the OR will view it as a luxury. 
    3) I think it will come down to is it necessary, and can it be done via NHS

    of course you can put your case to the OR but I’d be prepared for the very real possibility that 2 and 3 will be a firm no

    Its possible that if you went down the IVA route you’d get more flexibility on the issues above, but it’s also likely to be rejected or modified at creditors meeting(on basis that it wouldn’t be allowed in bankruptcy)
