Unenforceable Debt - What Now?

I have had confirmation from both Cabot and Idem that my debt is unenforceable after requesting CCA's. Is there a template I can use to write to them to inform them that I will be stopping payments until the CCA's can be found? Has anybody had anything happen after payments have stopped?
