Loans for the more mature!

Hi  Can you please advise if there is any reason why  an over 70yr old could not get a loan? Also who would be the best company to approach.

    There's no reasons as long as the income, affordability and term stack up.

    Out of all the loan brokers that you can see on say Google you mention this particular one?
