I currently have LV travel insurance running and presume I can continue with another policy if I so choose.
But MSE in their listing of what I can claim currently on my LV policy .... and I will need to claim for a holiday/flight/etc that can't happen now .... are saying LV do not cover Essential policies ...only Premium ones.
We have downloaded the terms and it says that both types of policy qualify for payments ....except there is an excess to pay of £75 on Essential but only £50 on Premium.
Can anybody inc MSE clarify this before we move forward on claims on insurance or through our credit card company or in respect of just cancelling and trying for refunds?
