Issues with the new Facebook timeline (not for "new friends" search)

Please help if you understand about these issues:
I just received a message from Facebook saying: "26 friends posted on your timeline..."
YET I cannot see them, the link above is not clickable.
How do I go about to see them?
Another issue is if I want to post from MY timeline I cannot see the post until after I click the submit ( "Post") button. This does not happen when I post from the Home timeline
Does anyone know if I can change this too?

Just click on your facebook profile and scroll down they were all showing earlier when you posted a status about it. Some of them show as images as people have added backgrounds to their post so that may be causing you some issue but I can't see why.
You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.
