When I looked at cancelling a weekly one I'd used 2 days of (but spanned the weekend), the calculator was the number of days elapsed in daily fares plus a £10 handling fee, which (including the weekend) came to more than the ticket.
I don't know what calculation they use for a monthly or annual one.

SWR are pulling every trick in the book to delay refunding customers. Many customers have been waiting since mid March for refunds to their season tickets. In my case I changed my ticket to a cheap route (Ryde St Johns - Ryde Esplanade) on 22nd March, all was approved in the ticket office, but none of that money has been credited to my account.

When we did the change over they were saying 30 days for the refund.

Can someone help me as I just cannot work the maths out for the life of me here, I'm being super thick I think.
I have a zone 1-3 annual travelcard which started 09/12/19, cost £1648.  Cost of a new annual ticket is currently £1696.
I have looked on tfl - since it is on an oyster they will back date the refund to the date of the last journey (20th March) and I think I'm due a refund of about £1000-£1100.
How do I calculate when it's worth opting for the refund and then buying a new ticket when I'm travelling again? i.e. how many weeks not commuting (although to be honest I'm pretty sure I'm past that point already).
    Thanks

I'm still waiting for my refund to appear after 2 months, how is any one else doing?
