Frankly i have no idea that is what it was on for and that is what i have offered.
I am absolutely certain they won't budge from that price so it's onto find another property i guess.0 -
How did they do the valuation? Computer? Remotely? Drive by? Or proper valuation on inspection?
If the latter then run a mile. If done by computer or remotely then you need to know if there is a reason for it - property may be extended compared to other similar ones in area? Or in much better condition? If not then you're stuck.0 -

The appeal has been lodged with Nationwide the estate agents have done a comparable search and found nothing in the area in that condition selling for sixty...so fingers crossed they will amend the valuation.0
