Declaring student addresses

When submitting a mortgage application do you need to declare all your previous student addresses if they don’t show on your credit report or can you just use your parents address which all my documents were registered for?
If you do have to declare them, will it ruin your chances of getting a mortgage.
For reference I’ve been in my current flat for 18 months but previously I moved every year as you do at uni.

If i was submitting your application I would follow your real address moves. If you put down just your parents address and an underwriter questions either why you arent on the electoral list, or why you are on at a different location it would just make them question the whole case. I had a case with Natwest a while ago that caused all sorts of chaos when they found the client in different places based on the various behind the scenes searches so now I just submit cases with the real addresses and submit a memo with any additional info that might help tie it all together.
Ideally you would have moved all your accounts as you changed address and put a correspondence address to send post back to your parents place.1 -
