Do I use part of lump sum to pay off part of mortgage???

My head is spinning!  I'm due to retire with a lump sum of approx £100,000 and a monthly income of £1000
I need £700 extra a month to bring home equal to what I earn now
I have a joint mortgage with my husband which is £148 000 on an interest rate of 2.14% until Sept 2023....monthly repayments are £1200
The mortgage term is for 11yrs 7 months
There is an early repayment fee of £5000 if we were to it off in full now
I was thinking of paying off my half of the mortgage from my lump sum so I do not need to pay £600 towards it a month , there would be £2300 early repayment charge to do this
TSB stated that I could not remove my name from the existing mortgage unless I moved out?! This means I would still be liable for the other half which doesnt seem right to me
Should I invest the whole lump sum and draw £600 per month to pay the mortgage or repay my half?
