OS ways to get rid of Mould in Silicon Sealant

Please could you advise me of any OS how to get rid of mould in silicon sealant supposed to be anti mould!
I have tried so many products and it just won't shift. Cant afford to have it redone and DH can't do it because he has a form of arthritis and it hurts his hands I can't do it because Im disabled. 
Any ideas would be so appreciated thank you

    Thanks for all your help 3 applications HG foam and it worked well still some there but much lighter so will apply again and leave for two hours.

    We found the Cillit Bang Mould and Mildew remover has worked miracles. 
    Decluttering, 20 mins / day Jan 2024 2/2

    As per Working Mum....Take a long piece of cotton wool....the type sold on a roll....tear off a strip & place over the mould. Liberally douse cotton wool in bleach & LEAVE for as long as possible, minimum 24 hours.
    It will come up white. The longer you can leave it...the better it works. Cotton wool more effective than kitchen roll....
