Bankruptcy question

Just a quick question if or asks to see wife's bank account and some of the figures aren't right what happens i put in email that I spent money on the kids and a few days out before bankruptcy but looking at wife's account the money is all over the place and it doesn't really say that it was just on the kids will this affect it ? Many thanks

Is it you or your wife thats Bankrupt or both? If its just you and the account is just in her name i dont think the OR has any right to see it even if he asks,1
