Hi
So our application is now with the underwriters and they've requested a employer reference, what does this include? Im paid hourly, have a minimum 30hr contract but i work more than that
Any advice would be great

  • Just that. It asks the employer for confirmation of your employment structure. Just make sure they reply back on headed paper  and signed

Mine asked for job role, start date, salary, any overtime and if regular, any bonus / commission, if I was currently off on long-term sick and when due to return, whether on probation, position of person doing the reference.

It had to be on letterheaded paper and with company stamp.

Mine wasn't with TSB, but I thought it may set your mind at ease.
Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.
