Bankruptcy question

Me again,
I filed for bankruptcy on Friday and it was approved today. It says I should only spend for day to day living but I have my sky, water and phone bills due out tomorrow is it still okay to pay these?

Those are fine but note your bank account will be frozen pretty soon. Probably not enough to impact on those payments going out but you need to source a new bank account urgently. I got one online from Santander which was reasonably painless.
You should hear from the OR soon to arrange an interview either in person or by telephone.0 -
Hi,
I had the phone call today, he said they’ll contact the bank nationwide/NatWest and Lloyd’s and said Lloyd’s will probably close the account.0 -
You don’t need 3 accounts anyway. Most basic accounts criteria is that you can’t get a bank account elsewhere. Might be a good idea to rationalise the number of accounts you have (although not for a few weeks, wait to see what accounts are left open first)0

My account was not frozen as i had no debt due to them, IR just sent a letter saying no claim on it. i rang the bank and said it was fine to stay open.0
