So had interview with or Friday afternoon and everything seems OK so my question is when do they ask for bank statements and soa set up and how long do you wait to get a reply by email from insolvency ?

Is the SOA not part of bankruptcy application process ? I suspect you mean IPA, this can take a while they have a year to do it after all, I'd expect it to take a few weeks

The OR can get bank statements direct from the banks, so you might not need to send them in

Email response times are going to depend on the query and workload of the OR (likely to be high)
