I submitted my form on Friday and I’m so nervous about the phone call from them.
Mainly because while on a dmp I was still using and paying for clothing etc on very, I have also been paying an amigo loan as I didn’t want them to contact my partner as he is my guarantor for payment, also I got a payment from wonga and I paid it on to his credit card as I owed money on that.
Will they expect very to pay the money back and will the expect my partner to give the money back even though I paid it directly onto his credit card?

As long as you weren't going crazy on very and you needed the items, I wouldn't worry too much. The OR might comment that it wasn't right but unless big amounts I doubt a big issue will be made of itRe the money paid to card from wonga payout, it depends on how much. The OR could try and reclaim it from the card company but if it's only a couple of hundred they might not bother. The amigo loan isn't ideal, could be argued as a preferential payment, but shouldnt be a big deal, again the OR might try and claw that back from AmigoIt's likely you'll get a few comments about your conduct, but doesn't sound like theres enough for them to go from a BRU.0

If the Amigo loan is still unpaid you will have to disclose it to the Official Receiver. The creditor will of course pursue the guarantor for payment if you are declared bankrupt.

hi,
on my very accounts it has been clothing and footwear over a period of years, small items for Christmas and then a washing machine and dryer that kind of thing.Wonga paid me £530 and I paid tesco £5000 -
Flyright is quite right to point out the amigo loan will fall to the guarantor. The very thing doesn't sound like it'd be a problem. The tesco card again I don't see this as a big problem as amount is fairly low. None of it is ideal, but the OR will be used to far worse
