If ITV have reason to believe that an individual entrant to their competitions or prize draws has made 30 or more entries using different phone numbers from any one entry platform then the Promoter will treat this as an attempt to unfairly influence the competition or prize draw and all entries submitted by that entrant will be discounted.

The winner must be a UK resident aged 18 years or over at the time of entering the competition, and may be required to confirm proof of age and eligibility.

Car
There is one (1) prize of a BMW i I01 i3 IB1 120A car in the non-metallic colour Capparis White with BMW i Blue highlight including an electric engine, and first registration fee (the “Car”).

The Prize provider of the Car will use reasonable efforts to deliver the Car to the winner’s home address within four (4) months of receipt of all correct and valid documentation from the winner. Such documentation includes without limitation a valid insurance cover note to register the car, a current driver’s licence and current and valid photo ID such as a UK passport.

The winner is responsible for insuring the car and all other costs associated with taking up the prize. The winner may choose to register the car in another person’s name subject to receipt of correct and valid documentation for that person.

Spabreaks vouchers
There is one (1) prize of a monetary SpaBreak.com voucher to spend online at www.spabreaks.com worth £10,000 (ten thousand pounds) (the “Voucher”). The value of the Voucher may not be exchanged for cash equivalent or alternative. The Voucher is valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issue to the winner. All bookings must be made in the winner’s name. The Voucher must be used at the time of booking and cannot be used to pay for final balances or outstanding amounts on pre-standing bookings.

The Voucher must be redeemed via the Spabreaks.com Ltd call centre, whereby the Voucher will be used to make a future booking. For the avoidance of doubt, the Voucher is not in any way a booked spa experience. The Voucher allows the winner to redeem against any packages offered on the www.spabreaks.com website at the time of redemption. If there is any value left over from a package, this value can be used towards another package on the www.spabreaks.com website provided it is used by the stated expiry date.

The Voucher will be delivered to the winner’s home address. A signature may be required upon delivery.
