When will an ipa be set up

Evening people decided to submit my bankruptcy form today after thinking it over think it's the best decision now have a few questions 
When and if  the or  asks for an ipa when will he ask about setting it up and when will the or  ask to see mine and partners bank accounts only asking about partners as she gets child maintenance in her account and  think that's why I will have to pay ipa  many thanks

Hi I went Bankrupt in August an the OR got in touch 3 weeks ago regarding an Ipa so you may be in for a wait, I dont think they will look at your partners account,

There’s no definitive time, the OR basically has 12 months to set one up as it has to be done during your bankruptcy.

What happens if you don't agree with the amount the or sets ?

You don't have to agree/ sign if its unreasonable. 
If you put your SOA up on here we will have a look at it and see if it needs tweaking

If you can't come come an agreement, ultimately it could go to court, which could set an IPO(income payments order)

Is your sole income made up of benefits?  if yes, then no IPA will be looked at.
