Will the Receiver want to know I will be getting this for my child and add that to my incomings (Its sods law if they do as after 5yrs of them chasing my ex for maintenance next month my daughter is finally going to receive it) surely that's for my child and they wouldn't take that into account

Yes they want to know about child maintenance payments, and these are taken into account when considering an IPA. You do of course get to take all the child related expenditure in to consideration, which may offset it a little

Sorry how old is your daughter ? Is she now of an age where the money goes directly to her to pay say the cost of uni ?

Ah ok I just saw that your daghter would receive it, I was wondering if it actually hit your account (which it must do given her age). Have you taken debt advice, incase bankruptcy isn't the best option for you (could be a DMP or DRO is better)
