Voucher Expiry - but THEY cancelled five times

Hi;
I'm after some help because I can't find my rights anywhere really.
My sister bought me a £125 flight voucher in Dec 2018. It had a nine month validity, which I didn't realise until booking my flight in September 2019. They cancelled on the day dur to bad weather. I have since rearranged over five times, each being cancelled due to bad weather (we have had a terrible winter). I have also had to pay £25 for a voucher extension. In the latest email, they have refused to let me fly without paying another £25 extension, but have warned if I pay this and it expires I will not be able to extend again and will essentially loose everything. I have asked for a refund, becuase it was them, not me that cancelled the flights - and nothing in their T&c's deal with this occurance.
What are my rights? I'm relectant to pay another £25 on the basis that I "may" be able to fly, expecially as they are threatening to terminate the thing completely. Since my request of a refund they have also ignored my emails and calls.

Any Consumer Rights are with your sister who originally purchased the gift. You personally have no rights to a refund.0
