2 part Question please 1. one of my creditors has applied for a CCJ. I completed the paperwork and left a surplus of around £30. This has been rejected and the judgement has come back at £250 per month. I really can’t afford this. I may have missed the deadline to appeal though due to being away when the judgement landed…

Send it in rather than prevaricate. If they ask for a fee then check the EX160 form (Help with court fees)

When on someone else's be it a road, a pavement, a right of way or a property there are rules. Don't assume there are none.
"Free parking" doesn't mean free of rules. Check the rules and if you don't like them, go elsewhere
