So I'm quickly approaching my 5 years with a Help to buy loan. As the house is just mine i haven’t been able to save to pay off the loan, So I'm looking to see if it is possible to add to remortgage and tap on the HTB loan cost so i can pay it off. So has anyone successfully remortgage HTB mortgage and added on to pay off the loan? I’m going to speak to a broker but just worth asking here first as there is very limited information on the net.
It comes down to, I will need to add on about 32000 on to a 102000 (left to pay) mortgage with is currently with Nationwide0

Depends on affordability, your properties current value and your credit profile. Speak to your current lender.0
