Tesco Christmas Delivery Slots !!

If you are worried about lack of stock, order from Ocado (waitrose) as they pick your items from a warehouse not a store, so your item is effectively 'reserved' for you once you have placed your order.

Still loads of slots available in my area, think I might go for Saturday so have time to get anything they miss off it.

I didn`t get the full order last year. In fact essential things were missing so no thanks. I`m just going to be organised early this year. Anyway tesco are open 24 hours so can shop at night myself, when it should be quieter

thanks for the Midnight tip off Merlot - I got a slot on the last Sunday then all the missing stuff I'll pop to Waitrose for on Christmas Eve. I like to go about 11am when they reduce everything and I can stock the freezer up with posh bread and buy Christmas cheeses and smoked salmon cheap!

On previous years I have hit Tesco at 6am (then Waitrose at 11am) so you've saved me a very early start. Got back one year, unpacked all the shopping, made hubby a cuppa. It was 8am. Hubby said 'when are you going to Tesco?' LOL
