Been unable to use points since lunchtime yesterday.
Nothing on the Boots website. No mention on their twitter. No indication of when things will be back to normal.
Really poor.

I have £50+ stuck in the Advantage card scheme and didn’t know anything about the cyber attack until I tried to use the card back at the end of Feb. Numerous phone calls and 2 replacement cards and I still can’t use the points to pay for anything. I have now been told by an operator that all resources are now focused  on COVID. I have emailed head office asking for the balance to be converted onto a gift card.

The last time I redeemed some Advantage Points was 16 March.  That was in a store.  Are you trying online?
