Hello,
I am about to buy my first home. My partner has gifted half of the deposit to me. One of the conditions in the mortgage offer is that my partner must seek independent legal advice. My partner really is not too bothered about getting legal advice as he already has properties. Does anyone have an estimate of how much it would cost him to get this done? We're already on quite a tight budget so we're hoping it won't cost too much!
Thanks in advance
