AA Loan waiting time?

I applied for an AA loan 6 days, it said in the email that you would hear back in 2 working days.
Taking out the non working days it has still been 4 days? I have checked my clearscore nothing has showed up as being even a hard search yet?
Would you guys reckon they are still taking their time processing it or have i been rejected.
I phoned on the monday to ask about it and they said it was 3 working days which is not what is written in the email i received. I don't want to phone up again in case it pesters them and changes their mind on giving me the loan or am i being stupid and should just wait it out?
All advice welcome!
