creditor not collecting on charging order

Options
hi, i need soe avice, natwest put a restriction by way of charging rder on my shared proerty, although the debt was solely in my name. 3 years ago the property was sold and all the proceeds paid to whoever it was supposed to, apart from this one restriction in my nae, the solicitor has advised that he has contacted eversheds on multiple occasions and each time they have not repsonded, these are the people who put the restriction on the title in 2010. i have tried to contact natwest and they cannot find any account related to this as i cannot remember the loans details at the time.

does anyone know what happens now?, thanks

If they have no account details or anything to prove what the charge relates to then I would ask them to remove the charge.
