Hi All
Wanted to start a discussion to get some other peoples point of view on this.
I wanted to know from any cashback website that you use, whats the longest you have waited for confirmation and payment?
I currently have two claims at TopCB which after a year I still haven't had any update on and wanted to see if this was normal?
Cheers

I have waited 6 months for an energy company cash back, never a year.
I would flag that up, what does it say on the company when you click it - what is their average paying out time?

15 months for Co-Op Insurance cashback. I opened a claim after a year.

Managed to get a response from TCB however it was very generic and just says they are continuing to chase all outstanding claims. A little frustrating but not sure what else I can do about it now :(

Four and a half years on Topcashback.  But it's less than £1 so not the end of the world  :)

18 months on quidco. Raised with them twice and got a generic response, then I happened to do answer an email from then of the "how likely are you to recommend quidco" type and added my wait to the "any other questions" box and hey presto, the cashback arrived. Was £40 so worth waiting for.
