Mortgage with CCJ

I am currently in the process of trying to set aside a CCJ issued to me but it was fraudulent, the problem I am having is I am trying to buy a second property, the ccj has been issued in less than 6 months, I am struggling to find a lender that will touch me with the ccj being so new and without removal (which is taking forever) I am at a loose end. Has anyone else had a similar experience? Any advice?

Amount of the CCJ? And assuming this is ID theft from the way you say it's fraudulent.
You may more looking like a lender that will allow on an individual basis so a provincial building society might be the better optionI am a mortgage broker and IFA. Done a few of these. I personally would be hounding the company that registered the CCJ. These can be cleared up in 7 days and as long as the new lender uses new data from the credit reference agencies. Last few we did were a case of putting a lot of pressure on those supplying the data and all were removed. The 7 days is usually a refresh of the credit files so a lender can see it has gone.
