Firmus Grant for landlords

Hi
I was talking to a Landlady today who was going to install Firmus gas as the house has an old oil heating system. Firmus release grants in January. She was ready to install but Firmus aren’t giving any grants at present.
Are there other grants for Landlords to upgrade to gas as she is keen to instal gas if a grant is available?
