TSB mortgage- what are my chances?

Hi! So we've applied for a mortgage through tsb via a broker. Theyve instructed a valuation for monday 2nd. Nothing has changed since we got the DIP, we applied a couple of hours after we received the DIP. How likely are we to get it? Im so nervous about it all. Dont want to instruct solicitor until we have the offer.

Be guided by your broker. Rather than forum speculation.0

Agree with the above especially with no insight into your current circumstances. There are so many variables though I can’t imagine your broker would of advised you to proceed with an application without a good chance of getting approved. Good luck0
