Mortgage application

Hi Everyone, recently my partner and I submitted our mortgage application with Halifax. We completed AIP (offered up to 270k) in early Feb at which point I declared my not so glittering credit history (CCJ and multiple defaults all 3-4 years old and fully settled), my partners history is spotless and since then I've had no further issues with my finances. We earn 55k between.
We had an offer accepted on a property at 145k and will be putting down 10%. I am just looking for reassurances that we have not wasted our time applying based on my previous history? Full application was submitted on 28th Feb, Halifax seemed very understanding of the previous credit issues and although they cant make a promise of it being accepted it all seemed positive. Am I worrying for no reason or am I right to be concerned?
