Zopa loan, preapproved via ClearScore, but "in review"

Hi,
Just wondering if anyone has experience of Zopa for loans? It's for a car, I applied via ClearScore as they said I was pre-approved at a reasonable interest rate (6.9% APR for 14k over 4 years). That was on Thursday morning, I continued the process and they said they want to review the application - which seems reasonable. They've still not made their decision, advising it can be 2 working days - so I guess maybe Monday... but is this normal? It seems odd that it would take so long to approve given I was pre-approved before applying.
For reference, I have no defaults or late payments on my file, my credit history is pretty good. I downloaded the Zopa app and my borrowing power is rated at 9/10 - the only amber status is on my credit utilisation which is around 50% (I have a MBNA 0% BT card which I am on track to pay off in full at the end of the 0%)
They did ask for a bank statement and payslip, and ID, which I provided immediately after applying when they asked. Is the 2 day checking normal or a sign I might not get it?
Many thanks!
